It has launched four Blocks so far; Overseas Prime Block, Overseas-I Block, Executive-I Block and Harmony Park Block. These blocks are further divided into sectors according to plot sizes. Overseas Prime Block
Overseas Prime Block of LSC is fully developed block and all the plots in it are in possession and ready for construction. The possession in this block was given in December 2022. It has seen massive construction activity recently and it is almost thirty percent already constructed. LSC itself has constructed around 200 villas in this block. It has two Parks, two Mosques, Smart Stem College, Special Children Academy, Smart Clinic, and now iconic projects of The Pavilion Downtown and Ravi Commercial are also under construction in Overseas Prime Block. Overseas Prime Block is divided into two sectors; Sector A and Sector B. See map section for plot details.
Sector A has 10 Marla and 20 Marla residential plots and villas. These are fully paid possession plots; therefore, they have different prices depending upon location. An average 10 Marla plot costs around 8 million rupees. However, category plot like Corner will cost around 8.5 million rupees. Similarly, 1 Kanal plot at 100 feet wide road (Road C-1) will cost you around 20 to 23 million rupees and its price will be around 16 to 17 million inside the Block at 40 feet wide street.
There are only two options of commercial plots at Sector A; 4 Marla and 8 Marla. These plots are also fully paid and ready for construction. 4 Marla commercial costs around 14 to 16 million rupees and 8 Marla commercial costs around 23 to 26 million rupees.
Sector B has 5 Marla and 7 Marla residential plots and villas. 5 Marla plot costs around 4.5 million to 5.5 million rupees depending upon location. Whereas7 Marla plot costs between 6 million to 6.5 million. Sector B has only 4 Marla commercial plots. The market value of these plots ranges between 13 million to 15 million rupees.

Residential and Commercial Plots in Overseas-I Block:
Overseas-I Block was launched primarily for Overseas Pakistanis. There were three payment plans for the Overseas Block (for details see the relevant section). However, clients/members were given the option to make 60 percent payment in their files and become part of Overseas-I Block through balloting. The balloting of this Block was performed in June 2023. There are four Sectors in Overseas-I Block (see the map for plot locations).
Sector A and B of Overseas-I have 5 marla residential plots and 2.66, 4, 6 and 8 marla commercial plots. This Block has wide road network. It has 60 feet wide R-1 road, 100 feet wide Ring Road, and 225 feet wide Commercial Boulevard. It has multiple parks, school, mosques and clinics in each sector.
Sector B of Overseas-I is more popular due to its rapid development activity. Street, road and water supply infrastructure in this sector is at advanced stage of development and possession is likely in next six months. 5 marla plot in this sector costs you around 3 to 3.5 million rupees. Most of the plots are 60% and above paid. For buying any plot in this sector, you need to pay between 2 to 2.5 million rupees upfront and remaining amount in instalments.
Sector A of Overseas-I has similar dynamics but it has lower price tag by few hundred thousand rupees. Gate number 4 of LSC opens in this Sector. This Sector is connected with Sector B through Ring Road and are divided by 100 feet wide Park Road. Both the Sectors run parallel of 225 feet wide Commercial Avenue.

Payment Plan of Residential and Commercial Plots in Executive-I Block
Executive Block in Lahore Samrt City was launched for local Pakistanis. It has no difference in features or road network from Overseas Block. However, its prices were slightly less than from Overseas Block. See the Payment Plan of Executive Block. It has both residential and commercial plots. This Block was balloted in June 2023 and it is on ground now. It has three sectors; A, B, and C. The distinctive feature of Executive Block is its wide road network. It has 173 feet wide Executive Avenue, 100 feet wide Ring Road and 312 feet wide Central Boulevard. Street size in this block is 40 feet. Each sector has separate park, mosque, school and clinic.
Sector A and C have 5 and 10 marla residential plots accompanied by commercial plots on boulevards. A 5 marla in these sectors will cost you between 2.5 to 3 million rupees with 2 million upfront payment. 10 marla plot costs around 3.5 to 4 million rupees.
Sector B of Executive-I has 7, 12 and 20 marla residential plots and 4 and 8 marla commercial plots. Sector B has special Central Commercial Area (CCA).
